1. General Terms
_{𑣲 Personal commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Commercial-use artworks are a separate category of commissions, and will incur a separate charge.𑣲 Do NOT use any of my artworks for any form of AI or NFTs.𑣲 As an artist, I will retain full rights to the commissioned artwork. I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include artwork in my portfolio.𑣲 I have the right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.}2. Payment
_{𑣲 Payments will only be in USD and accepted through Paypal.𑣲 A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.𑣲 Your order will be cancelled if payment is not made within 48 hours.𑣲 If I am unable to do your commission, you will be fully refunded.}3. Process and Delivery
_{𑣲 I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund.𑣲 Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork.𑣲 The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece and other work.𑣲 If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know ASAP.𑣲 Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.𑣲 Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.}4. Copyright / Usage policy_{𑣲 I, Mieyu (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:𑣲 Promote myself with it everywhere𑣲 Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.)𑣲 Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)}The buyer is allowed to:_{𑣲 Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)𑣲 Use the artwork to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated.}The following is considered copyright infringement:_{𑣲 Reproducing/using a personal commission commercially - meaning making money off it in any way.𑣲 Claiming the artwork as your own𑣲 Removing my signature from the artwork𑣲 I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).}What do you get?_{𑣲 Sketch and/or final sketches that you must accept before I continue the work𑣲 Insight and involvement in color plan (depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece)𑣲 Full-resolution file of final drawing. Final file formats are usually PNG.}What is Personal Use and Commercial Use?
_{"Personal use" signifies the use of an item, property, or service for personal enjoyment or benefit, rather than for business, investment, or income-generating purposes. Using the artwork as a wallpaper/pfp or printing for yourself (not for selling purposes) is personal use.
"Commercial use" refers to any activity or purpose that involves using something for business or profit-making, such as selling, promoting, or advertising a product or service. Any use that could generate income, whether it is posting on a social media platform that are able to gain profit (YouTube, Twitch, etc...) or marketing brands, is commercial use.}By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above
